Strategic plan

FVA's strategic plan is a document that refers to a three-year planning period and covers all aspects of work organization, including the following components: mission, vision, priorities, goals, programs, activities and implementation plan. The strategic plan is closely related to the process of budget planning and execution for a period of three years and represents a significant instrument of planning and monitoring the implementation of the programs.

Annual plan

The Annual Work Plan operationalizes the measures and activities contained in the programs and subprograms of the strategic plan. The Annual Work Plan of the AHV includes the initiatives that will be contained in the Annual Work Program of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, in accordance with the determined level of priority, the time limit and the obligations arising from the current operation.
