The department for matters related to Director - Cabinet is an independent department in the Food and Veterinary Agency, directly responsible for its work to the Director/Deputy Director. The department schedules, organizes and coordinates the activities for maintaining the professional colleges of the Agency, organizes and schedules meetings and receptions with the director/deputy director, organizes working and official visits of representatives and delegations from abroad. He is responsible for preparing and studying the materials and preparing opinions and notes regarding them for various meetings in which the Agency's management participates, receives and reviews the mail addressed to the director/deputy director, monitors the implementation of the work programs of the Government and Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia.

In the competence of the Department for matters related to the director - Cabinet is also the realization of activities for informing the media and the general public.
